**Yapacaksın**
- Müşteri deneyimini kişiselleştirin: müşterinin varışına hazırlanın (müşteri bilgileri, tercihler, öneriler vb.) ve varıştan önce iletişime geçin, tercihleri toplayın ve sıcak, profesyonel bir ilk temas oluşturun, böylece müşteri kendini güvende ve beklendiğini hisseder. Müşterinin isteklerine, tercihlerine ve alışkanlıklarına karşı duyarlı olun ve kaldıkları süre boyunca bunları sistematik ve gizli bir şekilde dikkate alın. Müşteri geri bildirimlerini nazik ve zarif bir şekilde alın ve çözüm önerileri sunarak yöneticinize iletin.

Müşterileri varış ve ayrılışlarında (check-in/check-out) ve konaklamaları süresince (oda değişiklikleri, ulaşım, vb.) sıcak ve profesyonel bir şekilde karşılamak ve onlara yardımcı olmak.
- Proaktif bilgi dağıtımını optimize etmek ve gerektiğinde belgeleri ve etkinlikleri kendi ana diline çevirmek.
- Profillerine göre istek ve ihtiyaçlarına göre uyarlanmış dahil ve alakart hizmetler önererek her müşteri için özel bir deneyim oluşturmak.
- Sağlık ve Güvenlik standartlarını ve tüm acil durum ve tahliye prosedürlerini bilmek ve uygulamak ve müşterileri bunlar hakkında bilgilendirmek.
