**Meadow Homes** is a startup vacation rental management company focused on Northeast ski and lake destinations, with homes in Mount Snow, Manchester, Okemo, Stratton, Sunapee, the Berkshires, and Hunter. We are rapidly growing as our portfolio grew by over 100% in the past twelve months.
Meadow targets upscale homes: it is a curated collection of design-focused properties catered to friends and families looking to escape to the beauty of New England. The homes are generally on the larger side (three or more bedrooms) with elevated amenities (hot tubs, ping pong, pool, etc.). We pride ourselves on attentive, warm interaction with both owners and guests, serving as the preferred partner for the destinations we operate in.
Founded in February 2022, Meadow Homes currently has ~60 homes operating or signed and is adding 1 - 2 homes per month. We are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist to help with efforts interacting with our guests and coordinating responses to any issues that arise.

Guest Experience Specialist
**Need**: Communicative, detail oriented and service-oriented person with a passion for helping people to help spearhead the guest experience team. This team member will answer guest chats, coordinate responses to issues with the operations and maintenance teams, and help adopt and implement Company guest experience policies.
**Location**: Remote
**Responsibilities**:
- **Timely Responses**:Guests need answers right away. During shifts covering guest communications, guest experience specialists are expected to answer inquiries within five minutes.
- **Coordinating Responses**: If a guest issue needs to be elevated, Specialist must coordinate with the correct operations and maintenance team members to get to a quick and correct resolution.
- **Policy Following**: Specialist will work to implement, follow and improve Company communication policies.
**Preferred Skills / Characteristics**:
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent written and verbal English skills are required.
- **Organized**: Extreme organization required as guest issues and future inquiries cannot be forgotten or ignored.
- **Hands-On Mentality**: Willing to help to get things done on time when required.
Pay: $1,400.00 per month
