**The Team**
As a hyper growth startup, the Growth team plays a leading role in helping people around the world discover Rappi, through high-tempo experimentation, rigorous performance measurement, and highly personalized communications.
With an audacious goal to establish Rappi as the SuperApp of LatAm, this function will require an ever-adapting strategy, continued experiment acceleration, channel diversification, and a sizeable increase in personalization and targeting capabilities both internally and across our channel partners.
The Senior Product Lead will oversee, setting a high bar and empowering our product and engineering teams in achieving amazing results through close integration with our channel partners and experiment driven processes.
**Your Impact**
- You will formulate and execute the acquisition product strategy to achieve Rappi’s business targets through data-driven products across teams.
**Reponsabilities**:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to set and manage the OKRs for the Customer App pre-order experience (Restaurant home, restaurant catalog, and item details)
- Be outcome oriented and set a product vision and plan to achieve the OKRs Proactively track and report on progress against OKRs and diagnose reasons why outcomes are / are not being achieved and react accordingly
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to define the product solutions and organize those solutions into a product backlog that is balanced to the engineering team’s capacity
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure we have a design vision for the customer app & designs are aligned to the goals and outcomes of the organization
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and feedbackLead the biweekly sprint goals and ticket prioritization
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager / Product owner
- Demonstrated success defining and launching customer facing products
- Agile framework knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
