We, **Delta M**, are an international group of companies that has been successfully operating in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan for over fifteen years.

Our software - Delta M. Collection and Delta Tell - is installed in more than 70 banking and financial institutions in six countries, which in total administers databases of more than 20 million records and is the best system solution in terms of price/functionality.

**Our expectations**:

- English at B1 level
- Working with the console (cmd).
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 (will be a plus).
- Good knowledge of Windows 10 (required).
- Basic knowledge of SQL (preferably 3-6 months of experience, select, join).
- Any experience with the CRM system (will be a plus).
- Basic knowledge of API processes.
- Competent written and oral communication.
- High communication skills, responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely response to customer requests.
- Solving problems at the technical level.
- Setting tasks for the 2nd support line with a description.
- Control over the timing of tasks on requests.
