About the job:
This position will be responsible for the content management that applies directly to the marketing communications areas like PR, Campaigns, Social media, Executives visibility and others. It will also be a bridge between Latin America and the Global Brand team to make sure that the content produced globally has a positive impact in this region and that regional execution follows global standards.

What you will do:
As part of the scope, this role will support in the following areas and activities:
Content management
- Evaluate assets, press releases, industry studies, byline articles, cases and blogs that come from the global team to be delivered in the region by other areas of marketing comms.
- Discuss about the editorial agenda with the teams, including topics like culture, DEI, special dates, etc.
- Identify content needs and follow the processes to create requests for creation or localization
- Get global approval for content created locally
- Keep institutional communications kits always updated
- Consolidate and update briefings, guides, key messages and other platforms
- Manage translations and align needs with the rest of the marketing comms team.
- Work on the development of scripts for special events

Customer References
- Work with the Field Mkt team in the creation of regional customer references following the processes for global or regional cases.
- Propose and coordinate the development of cases in different formats according to the type of use needed: major events, online videos, webinars, etc.
- Participate in the nominations for Red Hat Innovation Awards

Brand support
- Collaborate directly with marketing, communications, brand and other creative peers to develop regional campaigns and content marketing projects
- Proactively pitch new concepts and creative strategies
- Concept and write headlines, subheads, and calls to action (CTAs) for a range of media
- Advocate for Red Hat’s brand, values, corporate strategy, and culture
- Understand and use Red Hat’s brand guidelines, including voice and tone. And be prepared to guide people through it.
- Stay current with copywriting trends and techniques

What you will bring:

- BS/MS degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in Ad, Publicity or Comms with minimum 5 years experience

working cross-functionally, within an international technical environment in a similar role.
- Experience in marketing in the technology industry is preferred. B2B /B2C
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills. Effective presentation of information and strong

communication skills for responding to and coordinating with senior stakeholders as

necessary
- Proven knowledge of marketing automation and digital communications tools
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PR, Social Media and digital

marketing measurement
- Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
