Corporate Accounts Payable Analyst

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Corporate Accounts Payable team in Buenos Aires is looking for an analyst to be based at the Corporate Center. You will manage a big volume of invoices for LATAM & CANADA and will be responsible to contribute towards achieving the accounts payable metrics, as defined in the service level agreement.
Key duties and accountabilities.
- Booking of accounts payable invoices into our ERP
- Provide correct and precise answers related accounts payable
- Ensure all the requirements that our tax authority require in the invoices
- Daily contact with different line of business
- Analysis, investigation and follow up of documents related AP
- Assist to the team in other activities related Accounts Payable
**Qualifications**:
- Student in Accounting or Business Management (advanced)
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (desirable)
- Strong team work and collaborative skills
- Knowledge in SAP, Concur & Ariba is a plus
- MS Office (advanced)
- Fluent English in both written and verbal (will be evaluated)
- Service and detailed oriented
- Ability to manage, prioritize & work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive
- Flexibility to adapt to changes
