Como Business Intelligence Analyst, serás responsable de la generación de reportes de gestión y seguimiento de KPIs para el área comercial, darás seguimiento de presupuestos en variables comerciales, análisis de indicadores comerciales. Así mismo, trabajarás en la construcción del Budget y Rolling Forecast. Serás contacto entre el departamento de ventas y otras áreas.
Lo que harás:
- Análisis información de clientes (P&L por el cliente, evolución de ventas/mix).
- Diseño y generación de reportes/tableros específicos que faciliten la toma de decisiones de ventas, marketing y trade marketing.
- Seguimiento de KPIS.
- Proyecto Gescom.
- Generación de reportes de gestión: cobertura, sellout por cliente y líneas de producto.
- Detección de oportunidades por cliente.
- Diseñar política comercial y de precios para preservar la competencia entre clientes.
- Responsable del proceso de Lista de precios (Coordinación Marketing, Trade Marketing y Logística)
- Política de descuentos.
- Liberación de PEs.
- Seguimiento de rebates y cálculo de rebates por modelo.
**Proyectos en los que trabajarás**:
- Manejo y Control de Presupuestos. Margen, Mark-Up, Accuracy del RF, Cumplimiento de Budget y sus Forecasts.
- Armado de cuotas de la fuerza de ventas. (sales goals)
- Entrega de reportes de gestión a las distintas áreas.
- Análisis de información de Ventas (SellOut-Sell In) y detección de oportunidades.
Requerimientos:
- Universitario graduado o cursando últimos 2 años en: Administración de empresas/Ingeniería/Contador
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en posiciones similares.
- Conocimiento de Office a Nível Avanzado (excluyente).
- Idealmente con conocimientos avanzados de Power BI, Python y SQL.
- Ingles intermedio.
- Manejo variables financieras: Margen, Mark-up, ROI, Lectura de P&L.
- Forecast, Proceso de ventas.
- Habilidades empáticas, de comunicación e interrelación
- Debe ser proactivo, metódico, responsable y con alto nível de compromiso para trabajar bajo presión
