Como líder de ventas, serás el responsable de dirigir y motivar a nuestro equipo de ventas para alcanzar y superar nuestros objetivos comerciales. Estarás a cargo de desarrollar estrategias de venta efectivas, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y asegurar la satisfacción y fidelización de nuestros clientes. Tu visión estratégica y tu pasión por las ventas serán clave para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestro negocio en el mercado.
Buscamos a un profesional con experiência comprobada en liderazgo de equipos de ventas, orientado a resultados y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Debes ser una persona proactiva, ambiciosa y apasionada por generar impacto a través de tu trabajo. Además, se valorará un profundo conocimiento del mercado local y habilidades analíticas para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciado/profesional en Administración de Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Informática o afines.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência sólida como Líder en ventas en el sector Tecnología.

- Salario $2,500,000 a $3,000,000 pesos argentinos.
