Introduction
As an accounting analyst at IBM you'll be a key player in all aspects of strategic payments planning. You will make significant contributions to high-profile operational initiatives as the business continues to grow globally.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Un Asociado empresarial del departamento financiero y administrativo coordina la carga de trabajo diaria, procesa de forma oportuna y precisa la rutina de las transacciones administrativas/contables y todas las tareas relacionadas que recibe de profesionales contables más expertos y/o directores. Garantiza la entrega de un producto de alta calidad. Recomienda mejoras para los procedimientos y procesos existentes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Analysis of Payment accounts to External Suppliers for the Americas region, having interaction with the AP Operations and Treasury Team among others. Additionally, you will be in charge of entering accounting entries to correctly display the balances, the subsequent preparation of reconciliations in Blackline as well as the search for improvements in processes and automations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Student of Economics Studies (Accountant or Graduate in Administration) Advanced English. Good command of Excel
