 En esta oportunidad, estamos buscando sumar un SAP Change Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo, formando parte de Proyectos de Implementación de SAP.

Buscamos profesionales que tenga experiência en tareas de acompañamiento y gestión del cambio en proyectos de implementación de SAP en compañias al rededor del mundo.

**Sus tareas serán**:
Apoyar proyectos ERP, desde el diseño estratégico hasta la implementación (go live) y post-productivo.
Definir la Estrategia y visión del cambio, poniendo foco en la estrategia de comunicación, evaluación del impacto del cambio, gestión de stakeholders.
Diseño e impartición de capacitación, implementación de la red de cambio y alineación de la organización.
Gestión y orientación a los miembros del equipo del proyecto.
Diseño de aprendizaje y desarrollo de contenidos utilizando técnicas de diseño instruccional y aplicación de las mismas para permitir un programa de cambio.
Diseño e implementación de intervenciones conductuales para ayudar a impulsar la adopción acelerada y fomentar el cambio cultural.
Estrategia, planificación y ejecución de comunicaciones.

**Requisitos**:
Contar con mas de 5 años de experiência relevante en proyectos de implementación SAP con impacto en más de 200 usuarios.
Experiência en la ejecución de los proyectos en clientes globales con diversas locaciones.
Nível de Ingles Avanzado
Disponibilidad de viaje zona Centroamérica Durante periodos cortos
