**Gestionar y acompañar en el desarrollo del talento interno, escuchando las necesidades de los colaboradores y del negocio, trabajando en pos de los procesos de carrera, formación y bienestar de los empleados.**

**Perfil**
- **Formación en Recursos Humanos**:

- **Experiência en posiciones generalistas, especialmente en áreas soft de Recursos Humanos**:

- **Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y empatía para orientar y conectar con los colaboradores**:

- **Orientado a resultados**:

- **Capacidad de trabajo en equipo**:

- **Visión estratégica a medio y largo plazo**:

- **Resolución de conflictos**:

- **Poseer conocimientos de herramientas para el desarrollo y retención de los colaboradores internos**:

- **Inglés: Avanzado**

**Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y aplicaciones de Recursos Humanos: LinkedIn Recruiter, Planner, paquete Microsoft Office, Outlook, calendario, One Drive, Sharepoint, (Teams)**

**RESPONSABILIDADES**

***Training**
- **Informarse sobre las necesidades estratégicas y proyectos de la organización y participar en la definición de acciones para desarrollar las capacidades requeridas en los colaboradores.**:

- **Mantener las relaciones con diferentes universidades e institutos de cara a la capacitación de los de los empleados.**:

- **Controlar y actualizar la matriz de skills de los colaboradores activos de la compañía.**:

- **Armar el plan anual de capacitación. Gestionar la distribución de actividades de capacitación en función al puesto, prioridades y necesidades específicas de los colaboradores.**

**Development**
- **Identificar colaboradores claves dentro de la organización e informar a la Gerencia para trabajar en conjunto sobre el armando cuadros de reemplazo y sucesión.**:

- **Administrar los procesos y sistemas que determinen la consecuencia de alcanzar o no los objetivos planteados (bonus, promociones, conversaciones con los empleados, acciones correctivas, etc.)**:

- **Diseñar, coordinar y evaluar la estrategia de retención y desarrollo de los colaboradores.**:

- **Planificar junto con HR Manager, y ejecutar el proceso de performance de los colaboradores para lograr desarrollo de carrera dentro de la Cía: cuadros de sucesión, identificación de talento, 9box.**:

- **Mantener actualizado el organigrama y los Jobs Descriptions de toda la organización. Analizar el perfil ideal versus el actual y realizar mejoras sobre los gaps que puedan surgir entre el perfil requerido y su ocupante.**:

- **Relevar y consolidar la información procedente de las evaluaciones y aportar recomendaciones e iniciativas de mejora sobre la gestión de las personas.**

**Clima**
- **Hacer seguimiento y dar respuesta a las solicitudes de los colaboradores para lograr un mejor clima laboral.**:

- **Velar porque cada colaborador de la empresa esté conforme, motivado y en constante crecimiento**:

- **Proponer e implementar beneficios para la atracción y retención del talento.**:

- **Acompañar los procesos de cambio organizacional estimulando instancias y espacios de comunicación, para que las personas puedan expresar sus inquietudes y/o sugerencias de mejora.**:

- **Diseñar e impulsar las encuestas de clima organizacional analizando los posteriores resultados y proponiendo acciones de mejora.**:

- **Gestionar el Programa de Reconocimientos.**

**Comunicación Interna**
- **Liderar el plan de comunicación interna.**:

- **Fomentar la comunicación interna a través de todos los medios que utilice la organización.**:

- **Coordinar la agenda de las reuniones internas del equipo de HR para evacuar dudas y mantenernos informados.**:

- **Desarrollar la imagen empleadora, de cara al desarrollo de carrera y capacitación dentro de la empresa para la retención de talentos.**:

- **Liderar el onboarding virtual de cada persona que ingrese a la compañía para que tome conocimiento sobre la organización y programas de HR.**:

- **Llevar adelante las entrevistas de egreso con los colaboradores para escuchar sus motivos y mejorar la gestión del área y de la empresa.**
