Eaton’s EPG LAC PQD Power Quality Division division is currently seeking a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager

**What you’ll do**:
Reponsible por Managing and organizing all the activities of direct & indirect procurement, warehousing & distribution. Integrate operations at the level of material flows and information flows, covering the entire rage of suppliers.

**SCM**
- SCM related project portfolio management, Global process and tools compliance.
- Value added project initiative, engage the engineering and operation team.
- Interprets and applies analysis of research data to fully understand the impact of purchasing and supplier management strategies on local and global markets.
- Initiates and manages high value contracts that can be used to accomplish national and global business goals; interprets and seeks to mitigate the risks involved in major purchases of goods and services.
- Recruit and retain the best talents in his/her team. Establish Roles and Responsibilities for each of the team members.
- Other assignments allocated by your manager.
- Supplier risk management and smooth procurement to keep operation continuity.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of total commodity management processes; drive commodity managers to build and maintain quality and delivery systems to ensure products/services meet total cost management requirements.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure timely and accurately order processing and delivery to customers.
- Manage order backlog to ensure forecast accuracy for the business unit. Control and execution of backlog.
- Distribution coordination and transportation assignment according to geographical situation and type of service required.
- Project leadership and coordination with both Commercial and Services areas.
- Provide general order management to include; order entry, promised date compliance, backlog management, coordination of material shipments, on time delivery, order expediting, and status/tracking of orders.
- Proactively communicate in a timely manner with customers about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status. Coordinates in a timely manner with operations to verify lead times, schedule customer orders according to their delivery needs and communicate special handling requests.
- Challenge cross functional processes for continued business improvement.
- Proactively run and analyze reports to determine orders to be released to meet revenue numbers and customer demand.
- Assist with the facilitation of the Return Material Authorization, credit, and re-bill processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Education level required College Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant area
- Years and area of experience required: 5 years at least in international trade, logistics, imports
- Experience managing teams
- Advanced English
- Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP
- Assist with the facilitation of the Return Material Authorization, credit, and re-bill processes.
