**What you’ll be doing**
- Supervise and lead a team of professionals in the reporting and consolidation area.
- Coordinate the collection of financial and operational data from various business units for consolidation and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain effective systems and processes for generating financial reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports, including consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with accounting, treasury, reconciliations, and finance teams to ensure consistency in accounting records and transactions.
- Participate in identifying and implementing improvements to reporting and consolidation processes, including technological solutions when necessary.
- Conduct trend analysis to provide valuable insights to senior management and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all financial reporting.
- Involvement and support regarding audit requirements.

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience (4+ years) in accounting, currently working as accounting supervisor or manager preferably in the payment industry or a related field, prior Big 4 experience is highly valuable.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience in supervising and managing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software tools and Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to effectively communicate and present complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude, with leadership and change management skills.
