**_Misión del puesto:_**

Process Consultant de Operations Transformation añade valor a la empresa a través de la prestación de servicios de consultoría interna. Esta se extiende en la comprensión de las necesidades del cliente, el diseño de modelos de mejora de procesos. Diseña y lidera la implementación de soluciones digitales y de reingeniería. Asegura la alineación funcional óptima y la capacidad de entregar y realizar los beneficios. Coordina el portafolio de proyectos. Gestiona el cambio para la mejora continua del rendimiento de las áreas. Se involucrará con las tendencias y metodologías emergentes en la industria, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora.

**_Principales responsabilidades:_**
- Para las áreas funcionales específicas, entregar un cambio radical en el rendimiento operativo (costo, níveles de servicio y satisfacción del cliente) a través de la identificación e implementación exitosa de nuevas iniciativas de mejora de procesos alineados con las iniciativas de transformación local / regional / global
- Actuar como asesor de confianza de los clientes internos y garantizar decisiones basadas en casos de negocios para la priorización y optimización de la cartera de proyectos
- Trabajar conjuntamente con las áreas de operaciones para desarrollar los objetivos y casos de negocio con recomendaciones cualitativas y cuantitativas basadas en el ROI.
- Identificar y recomendar soluciones innovadoras alineadas con las tendencias y soluciones de mejora emergentes
- Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos globales, regionales y locales para asegurar la correcta comprensión y alineación de los objetivos comunes
- Revisar periódicamente los proyectos implementados para verificar que hayan alcanzado los resultados de negocio esperados.
- Construir relaciones de confianza con los clientes internos mediante la entrega constante de valor agregado de servicios de consultoría que exceden las expectativas de HSBC para un éxito sustentable
- Trabajar junto con las líneas del negocio y funciones de soporte en la región para crear un "impulso de cambio” en la organización alrededor de las soluciones comunes y la estandarización de los productos y procesos.
- Conocer los criterios de negocio y clientes de HSBC, los negocios de la competencia y las tendencias emergentes en el panorama de la industria financiera
- Trabajar con la gerencia de todos los grupos de clientes y partes interesadas clave (Compliance, Auditoría, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos, etc.) para desafiar constantemente 'la percepción establecida” a fin de alcanzar la solución recomendada y su método de implementación, evaluar el impacto del cambio y asegurar la obtención de los resultados
- Interactuar proactivamente con sus usuarios para entender el estado actual y acordar las oportunidades de mejora.
- Trabajar en equipo para alcanzar los resultados y contribuir en la promoción de valores tales como diversidad e inclusión, entre otros.

**Calificaciones - Externas**

**_Serán requisitos excluyentes:_**

Graduado de las carreras de grado o de postgrado en Ingeniería, Administración de empresas, economía, o similar.
- Experiência de más de 2 años en reingeniería de procesos y gestión de proyectos globales y regionales.
- Excelente manejo del inglés escrito y oral.
