**¿Qué es lo que harás?**

En este rol, no solo pondrás en práctica tus habilidades creativas, sino que serás responsable de producir contenido audiovisual para plataformas como Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, entre otras. Trabajarás con herramientas de inteligencia artificial avanzadas como **Caption, CapCut, la IA de Adobe o similares** para agilizar y optimizar el proceso de producción, logrando resultados de alta calidad en menos tiempo. Serás parte de un equipo dinámico que te permitirá desarrollar contenido que conecte con nuestra audiencia y cumpla con nuestros estándares de marca. Además, este puesto es **100% remoto**, lo que te permitirá gestionar tu tiempo con flexibilidad.

Buscamos un **Productor de Contenido** orientado a resultados, capaz de desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de contenido que integre herramientas de inteligencia artificial y automatización para potenciar la eficiencia y creatividad en la producción. Este rol es clave para impulsar la generación de demanda y el crecimiento orgánico a través de contenido multimedia de alto impacto, optimizado para múltiples plataformas y canales.

**¿Cuál es el objetivo del rol?**

Tu misión será producir contenido audiovisual que capte la atención de nuestras audiencias en redes sociales y genere tráfico hacia nuestras landing pages. Queremos que tus habilidades creativas y técnicas ayuden a impulsar nuestra presencia en redes sociales y mejorar el engagement.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**

Estamos buscando a alguien con pasión por contar historias visuales y que disfrute de la combinación de creatividad y tecnología. Necesitamos que domines el proceso de producción de contenido, desde la idea inicial hasta la publicación final, y que utilices herramientas de IA para optimizar cada pieza. Nos encantará ver tu capacidad para adaptarte a las tendencias de redes sociales y tu habilidad para optimizar contenido basado en datos y métricas.

**¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?**
- Crear y editar contenido audiovisual para plataformas como Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, y más.
- Utilizar herramientas de IA como Caption, HubSpot Remix, la IA de Adobe y similares para agilizar la edición y mejorar la calidad del contenido.
- Ejecutar la producción de contenido siguiendo las directrices estratégicas del equipo de liderazgo.
- Gestionar el calendario de publicaciones y garantizar que se cumplan los plazos de entrega.
- Proponer ideas creativas basadas en las tendencias actuales de redes sociales para generar contenido viral.
- Analizar el rendimiento del contenido audiovisual y ajustar las tácticas para maximizar resultados.
- Crear una estrategia de contenido alineada con los objetivos comerciales para atraer a clientes potenciales y fidelizar audiencias, garantizando que el contenido sea valioso y relevante.
- Monitorear el rendimiento de cada pieza de contenido, midiendo KPIs clave como tráfico web, generación de leads y engagement, utilizando herramientas de analítica para ajustar y optimizar la estrategia.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia de la producción de contenido, implementando mejores prácticas para asegurar la consistencia y calidad.
- Definir y ejecutar un calendario editorial que asegure la presencia de contenido constante y de alta calidad en todos los canales digitales, manteniendo un equilibrio entre formatos tradicionales y nuevos.

**¿Cómo sabremos que estás haciendo un gran trabajo?**

Sabrás que estás en el camino correcto cuando observemos un aumento significativo en el tráfico desde redes sociales hacia nuestras landing pages, mayor engagement en nuestras plataformas, y una mejora continua en la eficiencia y calidad del contenido producido con IA. También se verá en tu capacidad para ajustar el contenido con base en las métricas y rendimiento.

**Requisitos**

Para poder unirte a nosotros, buscamos que tengas:

- Experiência de 2-3 años en la creación de contenido audiovisual para redes sociales, incluyendo edición y postproducción.
- Conocimiento en el uso de **herramientas de IA** como Caption y la IA de Adobe para la optimización y edición de contenido.
- Habilidades sólidas de edición de video y creación de contenido, utilizando tecnología avanzada.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos de manera eficiente y cumplir con plazos.
- Habilidad para identificar tendencias en redes sociales y aplicarlas al contenido.
