**Responsabilidades**:
Es responsable de ejecutar diversas actividades administrativas y de bienestar dentro del contrato en tiempo y forma para asegurar que el nível de satisfacción del personal y el cliente externo se mantenga en los níveles
- Reportar las novedades relacionadas con la flota liviana activa en los contratos.
- Brindar seguimiento y reportar los vencimientos de licencias de conducir de los técnicos/as en sitio.
- Control y recepción de ropa anual.
- Mantener nexo entre el taller de Caleta Olivia y las necesidades del contrato asignado.
- Asegurar la situación habitacional dentro de las instalaciones del contrato para el personal afectado.
- Seguimiento de ART y Turnos Médicos para el personal afectado a contratos.
- Seguimiento de vacunación del personal afectado a contratos.
- Asegurar la ejecución oportuna y eficiente de los servicios de: transportación de personal, mantenimiento de los vehículos en mina, envío de las cuentas de gastos.
- Asegurar la ejecución de actividades de bienestar de acuerdo con el estándar de calidad de vida en el contrato, de manera eficiente y oportuna (EPP, Entrega y reposición).
- Apoyar en la coordinación en visitas, cursos de capacitación o juntas que se lleven a cabo en las instalaciones de del contrato, asegurando una logística y atención adecuada, así como asegurar se cubran los requisitos de admisión hacia las instalaciones del cliente y que estén cubiertas.
- Administrar la documentación del personal operativo para expediente en sitio.
- Coordinar el envió de facturas al área de finanzas de los pagos realizados o que se realizaran según sea el caso en tiempo.
- Proveer los insumos necesarios para las áreas tanto superficie como subterránea y la compra de papelería y librería.
- Realizar reportes administrativos requeridos en el área.
- Responsable de mantener actualizados y con la imagen adecuada los pizarrones de información al personal asegurando la publicación de información que se envié al contrato.
- Coordinar la realización y el seguimiento de servicio o reparación de los vehículos del contrato.
- Atender las solicitudes del personal de cualquier tema administrativo o de atención con el área que corresponda y asegurar se les dé respuesta, contactando al área interna de la empresa de apoyo.
- Asegurar las certificaciones con los clientes según corresponda (Seguimiento y actualizaciones)
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las capacitaciones mandatorias y no mandatorias de los técnicos según corresponda.
- Coordinar y brindar seguimiento en conjunto con el área de EHS para el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de los estudios médicos anuales.
- Asegurar el correcto envió y asistencia de acuerdo con las planillas de cambio de turno de cada contrato.
- Gestionar el esquema de viajes y hoteles para los técnicos/as de servicio avocados a contrato como así también los cambios que surjan de forma oportuna.

**Su Perfil**:
2 años en puestos de Soporte Administrativo en atención al cliente o al personal.

Carrera Técnica en Administración, Servicio al Cliente, Recursos Humanos, o afín.

Licencia de Conducir B1/B2.

**Diagrama de trabajo: En esquema híbrido, visitando contratos según corresponda, resto HomeOffice.**

**Lugar de Trabajo: Provincia de Santa Cruz.**
