Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood está en la búsqueda de un CSA Field Engineer para ejercer en Catamarca, Argentina, con una extensa experiência en el campo de la industria Minera de acuerdo con los siguientes requisitos:

- Organizar y controlar los recursos de la empresa proporcionando liderazgo, dirección clara y buen ejemplo al personal asignado
- Lograr los objetivos de programación, costo y ganancias, al tiempo que se adhiere a los requisitos de seguridad y calidad y las políticas de la empresa
- Responsable de planificar, coordinar y controlar las operaciones diarias de campo para lograr el progreso programado del trabajo en las áreas asignadas que el contratista está trabajando
- Interpretar los planes y especificaciones del cliente
- Asegurar que los Contratistas realicen su trabajo dentro del ámbito de su contrato con respecto a la calidad
- Revisión en conjunto con la construcción de planos de vertido de hormigón específicos y comentarios sobre el mismo
- Supervisar la manipulación e instalación de módulos de acero estructural y fabricación suelta
- Trabajar estrechamente con el Especialista Civil de la Construcción con respecto a las prioridades de programación y la retroalimentación de calidad
- Proporcionar informes a la Coordinación QA/QC con respecto a las prioridades de programación y la retroalimentación de calidad
- Garantizar a través de la presencia sobre el terreno y la observación el correcto desarrollo del trabajo en campo, de acuerdo con los planes y especificaciones técnicas
- Informar a la dirección de cualquier problemaacontecimiento que surja (respecto a las relaciones con los empleados, seguridad y calidad)
- Supervisa y administra el trabajo subcontratado según sea necesario
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según lo asignado por la gerencia

Skills / Qualifications:

- Profesional de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil, Técnico Superior Universitario o carrera afín
- Al menos 5 años de experiência en:

- Proyectos del rubro Oil&Gas y Minería
- Inspecciones civiles
- Desarrollo de Ingenierias Básicas y de Detalle
- Proyectos en Mineros
- Experiência en los sectores de petróleo, gas, químico, o farmacéutico
- Conocimiento de la programación de proyectos y su importancia contractual/financiera
- Capacidad para leer dibujos de diseño y especificaciones
- Realizar inspecciones de campo y producir informes para diversas actividades de construcción
- Tener conocimiento práctico de los códigos y normas civiles con respecto plantas de refinería
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, resolver problemas y tener una participación constructiva en la obtención de los objetivos del equipo del proyecto con una supervisión mínima
- Capaz de observar los procedimientos de seguridad y protección
- Trabajar con integridad y estar dispuesto a seguir la ética corporativa establecida
