At Ready Set, we shoot and edit fresh video ads for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok every week for clients like DoorDash, Hims + hers, Brigit and more.

It's like Saturday Night Live: Monday we're writing on a new script and the rest of the week our producers and editors work to get it made. The ad then goes into testing and we get to learn if it's a hit or not. Coming up with ads that have a 7-figure impact for clients is an awesome feeling

As a Sales & Marketing Program Coordinator, you will be a pivotal force in driving the success of our projects from inception to completion. Your keen organizational and administrative skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales & marketing team and collaborative efforts across departments. You will prioritize and manage multiple projects, interface with various stakeholders, and utilize your technical prowess to facilitate seamless operations.

**What you'll do**:

- Organize and manage end-to-end execution of sales & marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, sales, marketing, and finance, to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes.
- Utilize sales tools and project management software to track progress, allocate resources, and generate performance reports.
- Efficiently prioritize competing tasks, objectives, and requests from multiple stakeholders, maintaining a strategic focus on high-priority initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing teams, facilitating effective communication and fostering a cohesive work environment.
- Implement administrative processes, such as data management, document preparation, and scheduling, to support the sales & marketing team's day-to-day operations.

**What you are good at**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello) and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Tech Platforms).
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with sales-related tools and technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
