We seek creative and innovative people, who are willing to join us in the challenges of the business and are committed to providing superior service. **In this opportunity the company is looking for a Sr Marketing Analyst - Interactive to perform in the Intl Consumer Services business unit of American Express.**
This position will be responsible to develop and manage the consumer digital strategy integrating platforms and channel development, as well as creating synergies through our existing online capabilities (DTW - Drive to web) and improving our online Metrics.
- **Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement consumer digital strategy integrating platforms and channel development
- Design and deploy the annual digital marketing plan to increase Online Customer Penetration through marketing initiatives and leveraging internal channels.
- Be accountable for owning and implementing business process improvements to enhance efficiencies, quality, and customer experience.
- Lead and support end to end projects with smooth and efficient delivery and solid focus on requirements, timelines, and end user experience.
- Provide forward thinking, intuitive and innovative solutions that challenge the status quo to ensure an exceptional clients’ and colleague experience.
- Providing business analysis, financial assessment, decision support, and project analytics for the evaluation of enhancement opportunities and project objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Business Partners and with other key stakeholders - influence others in developing new ideas and concepts - collaborate on project strategy & execution
- Communicate effectively at all levels with internal partners and stakeholders
- Write Business Requirements and Support the User Acceptance Testing to ensure the product delivered meets the business needs
- Continuous analysis of market trends, to identify new digital business opportunities.
- Agency and Budget Management.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and business in related field required.
- Proven experience in Process Management and Digital Products with track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing with understanding of rapid and iterative software development methodologies.
- Knowledge about SEO, Google tools, HTML and APIs understanding.
- Mobile and capabilities development experience.
- Strong analytical skills (link consumer behavior with business results impact).
- Effective at driving collaboration, influencing and working with cross-functional partners at all levels (locally and internationally).
- Ability to present complex information clearly to groups and individuals.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Self-motivated, self-managing and personal discipline skills are essential.
- Strong driver of results and speed to market focus.
