Estamos buscando un/a Data Lead para nuestro equipo de Club de Beneficios.

Club de Beneficios es un sitio de e commerce para empleados de empresas asociadas que ofrece una gran variedad de productos y marcas para comprar al mejor precio.

Principales desafíos:

- Liderazgo del equipo de Data con visión de mejora continua del negocio,
- Interpretar y analizar datos de distintas fuentes (internas y externas) y áreas de negocio,
- Analizar comportamiento de consumidor end to end (hábitos de consumo, basket, frecuencia, adquisición, retención, LTV) y brindar insights evaluando la performace de forma holística de cada una de las actividades ejecutadas,
- Seguimiento y liderazgo de stakeholders para desarrollar y automatizar reportes y dashboards que soportan el running de negocio,
- Capacidad para comprender y modelar necesidades y visión para definir indicadores,
- Elaboración y coordinación de las presentaciones de negocio,
- Optimización continua de la propuesta de valor entendiendo las distintas variables de negocio (pricing, surtido).
- Trabajo constante con equipos multidisciplinarios

¿Qué necesitamos de vos para ser parte de esta experiência?
- Experiência previa en roles de Data +2 años
- Experiência en la creación de informes y paneles con herramientas de Business Intelligence como Power BI, DataStudio, etc, es un plus
- Experiência previa en Ecommerce es un plus;
- Conocimiento avanzado de todo el paquete Office,
- Idioma inglés básico/intermedio,
- Capacidad de enriquecer los datos de negocio identificando potenciales fuentes complementarias.
- Perfil analítico, proactivo y con excelentes habilidades interpersonales,
- El conocimiento de análisis estadístico, modelos predictivos, tendencias y scripts R o Python son un diferencial para futuros proyectos.
