About the role:
The Demand Planner drives the tactical purchasing process for all materials to ensure materials availability and execution plan feasibility in accordance
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure monthly S&BP process meetings are held on time and with all key players (Product Review, Demand Review & Supply Review). Ensure forecast is updated in forecast tools (Futurcast, SAP) in monthly cycles. Ensures local material master data integrity complying with Global Master Data processes and related SOPs.
- Order follow up to ensure timely replenishments with all key players (sites, LCI, HUB, Customs brokers). Provide visibility to QA team regarding material arrivals & coverage, prioritize & ensure material availability at HMO.
- Define a 12/24 months inventory management plan taking in consideration WO/BO risks, inventory targets, bridging stocks for transfers, minimize local constraints such as local re-testing capacity, evaluate local GR times and challenge QA/RA teams to optimize release times, define safety stocks values and negotiate MOQs with manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate launches between manufacturing sites, QA, RA and marketing. Evaluate WO risks due to slow-movers. Create awareness throughout the organization with the use of digital tools at the earliest stage to define action plans to minimize WO impacts.
- Coordinate launches between manufacturing sites, QA, RA and marketing. Optimize launch timelines. Act as SPoC for all transfers for products under your responsibility.
- Plan bridging stocks, evaluate risks in between transfer and define the best transfer plan accordingly. Lead local divestment plans. Evaluate the Innovative Medicines portfolio and propose pruning strategies. Follow-up analytical transfers with local QA/QC teams and define import quantities after AMT concludes if applicable.
- Act as BD&L business partner. Monitor local partners KPIs such us OTIF, order violations, forecast accuracy, bias and raise all potential risks that may impact contractual agreements.
- SAP and Futurcast super-user to ensure, define and govern consistent master data throughout the whole master data life-cycle and global business processes and define the matrix of responsibilities within the MD process and be the person that defines the planning parameter and who updates SAP with the right value, etc.

**Role Requirements**
- University Degree in Business Administration or Engineering. MBA or CPIM desirable.
- Minimum 3 years in demand planning, production planning & control, strategic sourcing or supply chain positions/activities. Highly skilled in information management tools & ERP systems.
