**Job Summary**
The instructor has to develop training contents for face-to-face and virtual sessions, in addition to teaching them
**Key Activities**:
- It is essential to have a clear and above average knowledge of how a vehicle works. Ability to communicate assertively with customers.
- Provide training in a logical, clear and easy-to-understand manner and in accordance with the norms and standards established by the client.
- Participate in certification processes, when necessary.
- Work with the Instructional Design team to develop content for virtual and/or face-to-face training.
- Communicating with the customer, following their instructions and listening to their suggestions.
- Facilitate communication between GP Strategies and the client. Monitor and advise and resolve customer queries.
- Be able to manage tight schedules and deadlines.
- Be able to manage and organize daily data.
- Be able to adapt to short-term changes in organization, knowledge and work environment.
- Having the ability to quickly learn and analyze information
**Qualifications**
- Two (2) years of experience in sales, post-sales or even technical knowledge.
- Experience working as an instructor.
- Mechanical engineer is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Service attitude.
- Proactive.
- Analysis capacity.
- Good interpersonal relationships.
- Excellent ability to work in a team.
- Soft skills around Microsoft software.
- Desirable knowledge of English (taken as a differential)
