Right now we are looking for a **Talent Development Analyst, Ssr **to join our team at Globant
- You will get the chance to:_

- Being a key part in the end-to-end creation of experiences, products and programs related to performance management, career growth, and leadership development.
- Create and compile key HR Data for best decision-making
- Work with our leaders, aligning the strategies related to the way Globers grow in the organization.
- Be a key part of the transformation of career development stories at Globant impacting on a talent based business model.
- Translate complex data into straightforward insights and visualization for business decisions.
- Always be investigating, learning, knowing the latest trends and to do some benchmarking
- Be part of a truly diverse cultural and cross-cultural team.
