**Propósito de la posición**

Identificará oportunidades de automatización y soluciones de entrega para impulsar la eficiencia y aumentar la escala en la Región LATAM. El Optimizador Regional de Procesos de Automatización debe ser capaz de visualizar cómo la automatización de un flujo de trabajo agregará valor a nuestros negocios y debe tener una visión clara para poder establecer una meta y luego utilizar la tecnología para ayudar a alcanzarla de manera más rápida y eficiente. Deberá desarrollar e implementar estrategias regionales para aumentar los resultados de la automatización y mejorar, compartir y estandarizar las implementaciones en toda la región. Establecerá y mantendrá relaciones con los gerentes de grupos de productos y plataformas, desarrollando una comprensión clara de la estrategia del producto de automatización y trabaja con equipos internos y externos de proveedores para garantizar una buena coordinación de los cambios en el producto sin afectar los procesos comerciales, en línea con los estándares globales y regionales.

- Participar en la Comunidad de Práctica de Automatización de LATAM y en la definición del Pipeline de Automatización.
- Realizar aseguramiento de calidad con la Gobernanza Global de Automatización, asegurando que las aplicaciones se construyan o ensamblen de acuerdo con los estándares de entrega continua/integración continua, cumpliendo con la metodología de lanzamiento y los procedimientos de gestión de cambios técnicos para todos los cambios.
- Buscar activamente oportunidades para acortar los tiempos de desarrollo, mejorar las habilidades del equipo y mejorar la eficiencia de costos de las actividades de desarrollo de aplicaciones.
- Producir especificaciones de sistema preliminares utilizando diseños de soluciones, especificaciones funcionales o especificaciones técnicas como entrada, incluyendo información sobre alcance, restricciones (como rendimiento o recursos), hardware, red y entornos de software.
- Colaborar con colegas de diferentes disciplinas en un equipo interfuncional para cumplir con los objetivos de la iteración.
- Trabajar dentro de las restricciones de planificación del Grupo de Productos de TI, comunica cualquier riesgo o problema identificado al Gerente de Producto/Líder Técnico correspondiente y proporciona información a los equipos de DevOps y al proceso de control de cambios.
- Capacitar a desarrolladores más junior en aspectos técnicos del desarrollo de aplicaciones, controles y estándares de documentación.

**Lo que te hará exitoso...**
- Licenciatura en un campo que requiera habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas sólidas, como Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Sistemas de Información o similar.
- Al menos 5 años de experiência en desarrollo, incluyendo idealmente 2-3 en equipos de DevOps/ágiles.
- Amplia experiência en traducir requisitos comerciales y funcionales en especificaciones técnicas y desarrollar el código para crear las soluciones.
- Experiência con herramientas de implementación automatizada, integración continua, pruebas y lanzamiento.
- Experiência en comunicación efectiva en diferentes níveles de la organización y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo acelerado y bajo presión de plazos.
- Inglés avanzado
