En ESET Latinoamérica buscamos un/a Technical Support Representative JR. para nuestras oficinas de Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires.
Esta persona será responsable de brindar soporte al usuario interno final de ESET a través del sistema de tickets. Realizar el mantenimiento de rutina sobre hardware y software, soporte de infraestructura y networking. También participará en las comunicaciones internas del área al resto de la empresa.

**Algunos desafíos de esta posición serán**: Asistir en el diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias de los usuarios internos de la empresa, vía asistencia técnica on-site, telefónica y/o remota cuando sea necesario. Utilizar el sistema de gestión de incidencias por ticket para documentar, priorizar según SLA y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de asistencia técnica. Instalar y configurar nuevas computadoras, teléfonos o cualquier otro dispositivo relacionado a los servicios del área, aplicando procedimientos definidos para la mencionada tarea. Reparar y actualizar hardware y software en PC y Mac. Troubleshooting de impresoras, scanners y faxes. Mantener el inventario de licencias, equipos y suministros (discos, memorias, cables, seguimiento de suministros entregados, etc.) a través del Sistema de Inventario. Generar informes semanales sobre el estado de las tareas asignadas.

**Requisitos**:
Estudiante que se encuentre promediando carreras de Sistemas, Informática, Tecnología, Programación o afines. Experiência en soporte a usuarios hogareños, pequeñas redes o a nível de práctica educativa (Deseable) Experiência en armado y/o reparación de PC. Conocimientos básicos en hardware y software, procesos de backup, networking en general, aplicación de actualizaciones y parches de seguridad. Uso - troubleshooting del paquete Office. Tener experiência en uso de teamviewer u otra herramienta similar de acceso remoto (Deseable) Perfil orientado a reparación de PC, reinstalación de OS y aplicaciones varias.
