Dar soporte con mantenimiento para lograr excelentes condiciones de infraestructura edilicia, interviniendo en todos los aspectos técnicos relativos a planificación, participación ejecutiva en las obras o refacciones relacionados con su área. Asimismo, colaborará en los proyectos de provisión de equipamientos requeridos por ampliaciones u obras nuevas.

Mantener, generar planes e interactuar con contratistas para mantener opoerativos los servicios de Aire comprimido, vapor, agua, energía eléctrica, tratamiento de efluentes, equipos de izaje y de movimiento de cargas.
- Asistir en el cumplimiento de plazos propuestos de ejecución y requerimientos presupuestarios.
- Ejecutar el programa de necesidades edilicias, participar en las propuestas de las obras necesarias, llevando a cabo la totalidad de las tareas correspondiente al proyecto.
- Asistir en la provisión de equipamiento (mobiliario e instalaciones) necesarios para la puesta en funcionamiento
- Ejecutar y realizar el proceso de las tareas pendientes con relación a la programación prevista y verificando el cumplimiento de las condiciones de seguridad necesarias según el tipo de tarea a desarrollar.
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los elementos de protección para minimizar riesgos y observar el uso de equipos y elementos de protección personal, de acuerdo con las normas de Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo.
- Atender consultas de usuarios internos
- Realizar tareas menores electricidad
- Realizar tareas relacionadas con emergencias edilicias
- Registrar el estado de pedidos a su cargo
- Brindar colaboración a los otros integrantes del Área.
- Gestionar contratistas externos
- Generar planes de mantenimiento para equipos de izaje
- Generar planes de mantenimiento para equipos de movimiento de carga
- Generar planes de mantenimiento de generadores de corriente, aire comprimido, vapor y cualquier servicio relacionado a la continuidad de la producción.

Generar intercambios con contratistas para la planificación de las intervenciones en los distintos aspectos referidos a los servicios y al mantenimiento de el sitio operativo.
- Ciclo básico secundario con orientación técnica
- Buen nível de comunicación oral
- Cordialidad en el trato.
- Adecuado manejo de utilitarios informáticos afectados a la tarea.
- Buena interpretación de las rutinas establecidas
- Comunicación fluida con contratistas
- Conocimiento de sistemas de construcción en seco y húmedo
- Conocimiento de electricidad domiciliaria
