The Outdoor Crew Leader will oversee a field crew, ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of company vehicles, equipment, and tools. This role requires supervising a team, maintaining records, and reporting progress.

• Hire, train, and supervise a field crew.
• Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals.
• Collect field data and maintain daily and weekly reports.

Requirements: The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, possess leadership qualities to effectively supervise and motivate a working field crew, assume full responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of a company vehicle, equipment, and tools, and have the ability to positively represent the Osmose organization to customers and communities.

• $26 to $32 per hour based on Foreman level (after training) plus an opportunity for weekly production bonuses determined by individual initiative and crew performance.
