**Our Outstanding Opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Head of Field Services Line Management to join our Managed Services team in Argentina and ensure our customer value and satisfaction and contract fulfilment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the customer relationship, guaranteeing the delivery execution and identifying add-on sales opportunities, thus ensuring continuous improving of margins.

The Head of FLM will be acting as people leader for the entire Managed Service Operation end to end, ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements and adding value to the customer’s and Ericsson business.

As Head of FLM you will collaborate to secure that work is driven within the scope of OHS requirements and promote Ericsson's values, ethics, and the whole environment of the organization to ensure excellent performance.

**You will**:

- Manage the customer interface with respect of all service delivery to a specific customer, ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements.
- Act as people leader for the entire Managed Service Operation end to end.
- Drive and support services sales
- Build a productive work environment for individuals and their own organization and push performance and competence management.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours in the area of Environment, Health and Safety.
- Look after unit finance within your group.

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- Proven Experience in senior leadership positions within the telecom and/or ICT industry. This should include knowledge of the sales process and ability to manage relationships at C-level internally and externally
- Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy.
- Excellent Social and communication skills.
- Strategic approach, high capacity, and result oriented ability to deliver under pressure.
- Financial skills and awareness.
- Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
