A leading petrochemical plant, committed to safety, innovation, and excellence is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Professional to join our team at our Hydrocarbons facility. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the plant._
- Responsibilities: _
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail. _
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic) for efficient document retrieval. _
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as needed. _
- Assist with data entry and other operational tasks as required. _
- Be Focal point of different topics of the management system _
- Issue work orders and purchase orders for plants requirements _
- Be back up of cost management role, following spendings vs budget performance and looking for solve opportunities. _
- Be back up of daily and monthly record production data role, including all task related to monthly mass balance. _
- ¿QUÉ VALORAMOS DE TU PERFIL? _
- Qualifications: _
- University diploma or equivalent required. _
- High fluency on English (First or TOEFL level at least) _
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). _
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. _
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
