**What we're looking for**:
Wunderman Thompson seeks a Brand & Content Strategist in order to develop strategic definitions and guide the content creation. Inspire disruptive ideas and over all effective ideas for a specific client.

**What you'll do**:

- Capture and understand market insights and brands problems and opportunities
- Be an advocate for the implementation of the overall brand and comms strategy, overseeing its consideration on each project end-to-end
- Be resourceful on the solving of issues, complementing inputs and connecting projects to optimize delivery
- Identify and propose optimal comms ecosystems to elevate each project's delivery
- Analyze and incorporate learnings from market & consumer trends and competitors' activity.
- Develop brand, communication and content creative strategies that are "people centric" and that can provide clarity and direction on each project
- Develop inspirational internal briefs
- Constantly bring the consumer perspective into the internal processes
- Develop and deliver engaging and clear client presentations
- Design collaborative working sessions that can deliver innovative thinking
- Understand results, capture learnings and propose improvements
- Train and coach junior strategists
- Collaborate with Strategic Leads (when applicable)
- Attend and contribute to Client's and Internal team's meetings

**Who you are**:

- **A builder **| Process-oriented innovator with an ability and appetite to create bring people together. Innate ability to marshal people (team and client) and create gravity around ideas.

**What you'll need**:

- Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology or Philosophy graduate
- 3+ years Brand Strategy or Comms Planning experience
- Understanding of marketing tools, data and user research methodology
- Ability to conceptualize and to write with an engaging storytelling
- Knowledge and implementation of branding and communication strategy process and tools
- Knowledge and implementation of digital strategy processes and tools
- Understanding and management of design thinking, agile development and lean start up techniques and tools(preferred).
- Excellent English oral and writing skills (preferred).
