**Enterprise Support Engineer** for an important Fintech.
What you will be doing
- Help customers and vendors by researching & troubleshooting software or hardware issues
- Work with development engineers and business stakeholders to recommend and resolve issues
- Provides accurate & timely updates on issues relating to incident management and support
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Ensure issues and troubleshooting steps are properly logged
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Work to improve system resilience, including both failover and disaster recovery capabilities
- Implement automated support processes
- Implement and monitor mitigating controls such as alerts
