**¿Qué harás en este rol?** Como **Sales Support**del equipo de **Argentina** serás una parte esencial del equipo de TD SYNNEX, trabajando de la mano con la marca IBM para asegurar la correcta gestión de cotizaciones, el seguimiento de procesos clave y la revisión de oportunidades de negocio. Serás el puente entre los equipos internos de TD SYNNEX e IBM, garantizando que los procesos fluyan de manera eficiente y estructurada. Este rol demanda proactividad, atención al detalle y la capacidad de manejar altos volúmenes de trabajo con precisión y orden.
**Responsabilidades Clave**:
- Gestionar cotizaciones y asegurar la aplicación correcta de los procesos de negocio en el sistema de IBM.
- Revisar oportunidades aprobadas en la página de IBM, verificando que el canal cuente con la certificación vigente requerida.
- Verificar y gestionar los incentivos aplicables a cada oportunidad, asegurando su correcta aplicación.
- Realizar el seguimiento y la renovación de licencias de software, garantizando la correcta documentación de cada paso en el sistema.
- Organizar y mantener la información en las planillas asignadas, asegurando su actualización constante.
- Manejar y operar el sistema de intranet de IBM y otras plataformas de gestión interna.
- Realizar reportes periódicos y dar seguimiento a los procesos administrativos, con un enfoque en la mejora continua.
**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Experiência previa en soporte administrativo, ventas o funciones relacionadas.
- Conocimiento intermedio de Excel **(fórmulas, tablas dinámicas, filtros, etc.).**:
- Capacidad para manejar grandes volúmenes de trabajo y procesos simultáneos en un entorno dinámico.
- Habilidad para operar sistemas internos, intranet y herramientas digitales de gestión.
- Proactividad, con capacidad para resolver dudas de forma autónoma o solicitando apoyo cuando sea necesario.
- Orden, estructura y atención al detalle, garantizando la exactitud de la información.
- No se requiere dominio de inglés para esta posición.

- Capacidad para gestionar tareas administrativas con atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para organizar y priorizar tareas en entornos de alta demanda.
- Adaptabilidad y rápida adquisición de nuevos conocimientos.
**Requisitos Deseables**:
- Experiência previa en soporte administrativo en el sector de tecnología, especialmente con IBM, aunque no es excluyente.
- Conocimiento de procesos de certificación de canales o gestión de incentivos.
