**We are looking for a motivated AI Automation Consultant to join our growing team.** You will work closely with our agency clients, understanding their unique needs and leveraging AI technology to build effective automation solutions.

No task is done without first asking “why am I doing this? Could this be automated? Outsourced? Improved?

Myzone.ai is expanding its team to assist small business owners in implementing AI-powered automation solutions. We've developed tools on top of Chat GPT that provide long-term memory (Pinecone), predefined prompts, and the ability to upload training data, enabling the creation of custom chatbot tools. While we're building our own suite of AI tools, we prefer to leverage existing solutions like Zapier and Make for automation, with custom coding being a secondary option.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client meetings to assess automation needs and understand business processes.
- Utilize a prioritization framework to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the value of each automation for the company and identify potential pain points that may not have been considered.
- Offer automation solutions using Make and Zapier as the preferred tools.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and incorporate training data for AI models.
- Measure automation success through defined metrics and provide performance reports.
- Continuously improve automation processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related course(s).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in AI consulting, automation, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing and machine learning.
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools.
- 2 or more years of experience using Zapier and Make.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional client-facing abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Experience with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.
