**Business Development Analyst**

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will be in charge of the delivery of new products such as digital channels & payment methods
- You will effectively analyze data and present solid recommendations. This will allow you to make better data-driven decisions, as you will capture detailed statistics on the performance of digital channels, measuring aspects such as demand, capacity and productivity.
- You will have great exposure and the autonomy to make decisions. Also, you will work together with the IT support product tema, and also Business Intelligence area to generate improvements in processes (end-to-end).
- You will create new business proposals and assist the area leader.
- Additionally, you will produce daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports and collaborate across teams to drive data quality.

**Role Requirements**
- For this role, you will need to have 2-3 years of previous digital product experience, having been part of 1-2 digital product launches.
- Experience in FinTech or digital product (desirable).
- Intermediate English level (not exclusive).
- You will need product management skills, organization, being detail-oriented and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of POWER BI or similar is desirable.
