Are you an experienced Workday expert with a passion for HRIS innovation? We're seeking a Workday Sr. Consultant to lead our HRIS system at AES. Elevate your career with us

About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:
- System Mastery: Collaborate on software development, testing, and upgrades. Shape HR processes for multiple areas, enhancing efficiency. Develop and maintain the system, adding features and streamlining.- Security Expertise: Manage user-based security roles, ensuring data protection. Perform audits for accuracy.- User Support: Be the go-to for HRIS system support. Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and offer solutions.- Data Intelligence: Extract and analyze data, generate reports, and enable user-friendly automated reporting.- Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy, uphold security standards.- Innovate: Identify opportunities for automation, improve processes, and align the HRIS system with operations.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or any IT related concentration.- Experience: 3+ years in roles demonstrating progression and HRIS expertise.- Workday Skills: Configuration in Security, HCM, Absence, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.- Security Knowledge: Workday security administration savvy.- Problem Solver: Translate complex issues into user-friendly solutions.- Business Insight: Understand internal and external goals' impact.- Ethics: Handle sensitive data with integrity.
