**Responsabilidades**:

- Relevar los diferentes perfiles, identificando las necesidades de contratación y definiendo estrategias de reclutamiento efectivas.
- Crear descriptivos de puestos y cuestionarios de entrevistas, que reflejen los requisitos de cada puesto.
- Establecer relaciones con entidades educativas, que nutran de profesionales a la compañía.
- Realizar la publicación de avisos y piezas de difusión en las distintas plataformas disponibles y bolsas de trabajo de Universidades y filtrado de CVs. Hunting a través de redes profesionales.
- Llevar adelante los diferentes procesos e instancias de entrevistas (individuales y grupales) y elaboración de informes.
- Elaborar las propuestas laborales /carta oferta.
- Gestionar los exámenes preingreso (médico, psicotécnico)
- Participar en el onboarding de nuevos colaboradores.
- Administrar de manera integral, el Programa de Pasantías interno.
- Gestionar los procesos de transferencia/movilidad interna de los colaboradores.
- Generar lazos de confianza e interacción con los clientes internos.
- Potenciar el employer branding.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência laboral mínima de 3 años, como especialista en captación, selección, contratación y retención de talentos.
- Experiência práctica con el ciclo completo del reclutamiento usando varias técnicas de entrevista y métodos de evaluación.
- Experiência en manejo de perfiles
- Formación Universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o carreras afines
- Conocimiento y manejo avanzado de LinkedIn y portales de empleo.
