**Sobre tu próximo rol**:
Reclamar de los saldos pendientes de cobro mediante llamados telefónicos, mails o whatsapp utilizando los sistemas de la empresa (SAP - SalesForce).
Analizar las cuentas corrientes de los clientes, a traves de los sistemas SalesForce y SAP, con el objeto de mantener conciliadas las cuentas.
Acompañar y gestionar las actividades de mi reporte directo, mediante reuniones períodicas, para lograr su crecimiento dentro de la organización.
Acompañar y planificar la actividad diaria con el área comercial, mediante reuniónes períodicas, con el objetivo de brindarles la mayor información posible que les permita tomar conocimiento del estado de las cuentas corrientes.
Analizar clientes que tengan medio de pago debito automatico para poder generar la subida de debitos semanalmente.
Controlar los reclamos de los clientes y darle respuesta ya sea telefonica o por mail.
Realizar el seguimiento y cobro de las cuotas set up, en SAP y Salesforce.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué esperamos de vos?
Estudiante Lic en Adm Empresas o carreras relacionadas.
Experiência en cobranzas, mora tardia y calculo de intereses.
Experiência en conciliación de cuentas corrientes.
Conocimientos Contables.
Perfil con buenas relaciones interpersonales y habilidades de comunicación.
Será valorado tener conocimiento de Sistema SAP.
