**Job Title**: Logistics Senior Analyst /Logistic Planner

**In this role, you have the opportunity to be**

Responsible for coordinating and performing all tasks related to the supply of spare parts for the health care sector, reviewing the activities of the suppliers to contribute to the fulfillment of the service and sales objectives as agreed with the clients, in accordance with the Supply chain management and optimizing expenses and delivery times.

**You are responsible for**:

- Keep internal customer up to day about parts request and support throw daily reports and also KPI presentation.
- Manage the critical stock of parts to guarantee their availability and provide support for their analysis and administration.
- Analyze / maintain up-to-date the ICA records. Lead monthly GIT Rpt, analyzing differences & closing gaps.
- Keep track of all special stocks on a case-to-case basis. Provide timely analysis / Reports as needed.
- Follow up IMPEX activity in order for them to warranty on time delivery of their SLA, as previously agreed. This includes fulfilling all the formalities required to ensure the fastest / complete import process (i.e.: SIMI status tracking / claims to ANMAT/CADIEM and/or other contacts as see fit).
- Supports the resolution of exception flows: claims management (inbound/outbound), reverse logistics.
- Back-up for the warehouse and distribution function responsible for Spare Parts and equipment´s logistics.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:

- Knowledge in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineer or related career.
- Advance English
- Excel intermediate or advance level
- Relevant experience in Multinationals companies within Supply Chain areas, managing imports, contact with plants and working close with Aduana in Argentina.
- SAP System Management and Power BI (is a plus)
- Globally and able to work effectively across cultures.
- Strong communication skills.
- Influencing Business Decisions.
- Strategy & Planning skills.
