In a company that’s all about both people and software, it’s crucial to have all equipment up and running at all times, while ensuring the best service to employees who need them in their everyday work. As a part of Avature’s Help Desk Team, you’ll solve issues related to our work tools, and you’ll get the chance to expand your IT and computer skills.
Your challenges and objectives
- Learn about our help desk processes.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge about devices and hardware used at Avature and how they should be configured.
- Gain autonomy and ownership when handling help desk issues.
- Be customer service oriented towards internal clients.
Your day-to-day activities
During the first period of the program, our Interns Onboarding, you’ll be mentored to acquire and master specific knowledge related to software development.
**After that first period, you’ll move forward to**:

Interact with fellow Avaturians to troubleshoot their issues.

Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and peripherals.
*
Interact with the rest of the IT teams to escalate major incidents and reach collaborative solutions.

Work in coordination with other team members to share knowledge and capitalize from others’ experiences.

Maintain confidentiality and security regarding processes, storage, and accesses.
*
Prioritize requests for technical assistance.
About you
- University student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related degrees.
- Passionate about technology.
- Windows, MacOS, and Ubuntu knowledge.
- Enthusiastic about assisting others with technical issues.
- Intermediate English level.
- Eager to learn in a fun and encouraging working environment.
