Nuestro TA Advisor será el o la responsable de llevar los procesos de selección principalmente para Argentina, con alcance a otros países de la región de South West Latam (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Perú, Ecuador y Venezuela).

Serás el principal aliado de las áreas del negocio para entender sus necesidades en talento y con el apoyo de un intern, traerán el mejor talento para la compañia.

De esta manera, llevarás los procesos end - to - end, desde el levantamiento del perfil, reclutamiento, screening, entrevistas, evaluación y asesoría al área contratante.
