Job Summary: The Warehouse & Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to warehouse management and product transportation in Medical Device Company. This position will ensure that products are stored and transported efficiently, safely and in compliance with applicable standards quality and local regulations.

**Purpose**:The Warehouse & Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to warehouse management and product transportation in Medical Device Company. This position will ensure that products are stored and transported efficiently, safely and in compliance with applicable standards quality and local regulations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, picking and shipments of medical products our customers.
- Ensure proper identification and classification and labeling of products, in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up to date inventory off all store’s products, conducting regular counts.
- Plan and coordinate the transportation operations for medical products, ensuring timely and secure delivery of orders.
- Oversee proper packaging of our product and preparation of shipment documentation requirements.
- Responsible by the budget for department
- Responsible for ensuring our 3PL achievement all quality requitements our company.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and stablish preventive measures to ensure employee, safety, and productivity.
- Supervise and train warehouse and transportation staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their task effectively and safety.
- Assign and distribute task according to operational needs, optimizing the use of available resources.
- Maintain and improve warehouse and transportation management systems and technologies, actively seeking opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience of at least 6 years in warehouse and transportation management, preferably in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards related to the storage and transportation of medical products,
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and transportation management software specific to the market.
