**How You Will Make An Impact**:
- Vendor Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with company objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze vendor contracts and agreements to identify cost savings and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve optimal cost structures while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor vendor performance and expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial targets.
- Contract Management:
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and renewal processes.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Ensure contracts are accurately documented, tracked, and maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Invoice Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end invoice management process, including receipt, verification, and approval.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Address discrepancies or issues with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to track vendor performance and financial metrics.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into vendor costs, usage, efficiency gains, and performance improvements.
- Present data-driven findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Vendor Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure vendor performance, usage, and service quality.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, contracts, and services.
- Develop & Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions to operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and operations teams, to align vendor management strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on vendor performance, cost trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
**What You Will Bring To The Table***:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven 8 - 12 years of experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization within the IT or technology industry (preferably Managed Services).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience in driving cost savings while maintaining service quality.
- Familiarity with IT services and solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and software licensing.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Argentina (any part of the country its great for us)
- Shift: 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
