Customer Success Representative

We are looking for our next customer success representative. In this role, you will be a key part of our early team. Chief responsibilities will be:
- working on calls and highly responsive during one of the three shifts outlined below
- responding quickly to and using our processes to manage inbound customer leads
- coordinating with dog owners on their type of dog, their schedule, and what grooming services they need to be completed
- booking Groombuggy groomers for appointments
- rescheduling appointments due to groomer and customer cancellations
- sending to and collecting from customers invoices + payments for grooms completed
- work will be done via the Salesforce Field Service app. We will train you on that if you haven't used it before
- phone. Answering inbound calls or jumping on the phone outbound with customers to troubleshoot scheduling issues or other questions that arise
- working with our internal operations team to improve our systems, processes, and software that we use to manage our customers and groomers
We are seeking someone with great written and spoken English communication skills, highly detail-oriented, positive attitude, and great skills managing customers. Person can be located anywhere - our current team is distributed in the Philippines, Utah, California, and Latin America.
Strong, reliable internet connection and electricity are a must. Also required you to have your own well-functioning computer with a good headset for phone/voice.
