**Job Description**:
El Equipo de **Education **de MicroStrategy está integrado por profesionales que poseen conocimientos técnicos en Business Intelligence cómo así también en habilidades de enseñanza y aprendizaje a nuevos empleados como a clientes sobre los productos y servicios de MicroStrategy. El equipo está altamente capacitado y son expertos en las mejores prácticas en el espacio de desarrollo para brindar cursos técnicos a una amplia audiencia.

**¿Cuál es tu foco?**
- Brindar cursos técnicos y certificaciones a clients, socios y empleados de forma virtual y presencial.
- Impartir cursos técnicos para usuarios finales insitu en clientes.
- Communicating and knowledge sharing with fellow instructors on course instruction, course content, and troubleshooting
- Proporcionar documentación posterior al curso incluyendo resúmenes y evaluaciones de satisfacción del curso.
- Realizar seguimiento a los estudiantes durante los cursos y capacitaciones para afianzar su conocimiento.
- Desarrollar, armar y editar videos y presentaciones de alta calidad para los cursos.
- Armar y desarrollar plan de estudios de los cursos, evaluaciones y material didáctico.
- Realizar certificaciones brindadas por MicroStrategy University en Train-the-Trainer con el fin de obtener nuevas certificaciones para los cursos.
- Desarrollar soluciones en MicroStrategy para mejorar las funciones educativas, automatizar procesos y compartir inteligencia.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduado/a en carreras universitarias de Ciencias de la Computación, Administración de Empresas, Estadística o carreras afines.
- Experiência laboral mayor a 4 años como Instructor Técnico en espacios educativos.
- Conocimiento avanzado en el idioma inglés (excluyente). Los conocimientos en portugués es un plus.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación oral frente a diversos públicos.
- Excelente manejo en espacios educativas y dinámicas de aprendizaje.
- Acreditar experiência en uso de herramientas de BI. (Conocer MicroStrategy es un plus)
- Será requerido completer la certificación de MicroStrategy Certified Architect (MCA) al ingresar a la compañía.
