Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • The
    Senior Consultant is responsible for aiding the operations team in idea generation, requirement gathering, and client relationship maintenance.
  • Idea generation can include, but is not limited to, finding creative solutions for client issues, problemsolving bottlenecks, system implementation, and the effective installment of positive cultures.
  • Requirements gathering involves receiving pertinent data from stakeholders to make effective decisions and observing current processes to identify possible improvements.
  • The highest standard is paramount when maintaining client relationships.
  • This includes participating in client meetings, following up on deliverables, and maintaining rapport.

Qualifications:

- business-related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in general business.

  • 5+ years of management consulting experience

Skills:

  • Intermediate or advanced skill level within the Office 365 suite
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects and tasks,

Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Proven experience with ERP architecture and implementation
  • Experience in training and coaching in new processes
  • Experience managing teams and driving productivity
- ability to develop effective business relationships both internally and externally
- ability to influence others and present a positive company image

Essential Functions:

  • Client facing: exude EOS principles and utilize them to drive progress. Observe processes and identify bottlenecks. Design and implement new processes. Collect data to identify process gaps. Aid in short
- and long-term strategy ideation. Express knowledge of systems to aid in digital transformation projects. (80%)

  • Train employees and contractors on systems and processes. Manage and support the associate consultant team. Onboard and train newhire associate consultants. Facilitate growth through project management and consistent followup.(10%)
  • Maintain a high standard of culture and champion the companies' mission, vision, and values. Develop subordinates' and peers' skills to ensure highfunctioning autonomy. Provide honest and constructive feedback to subordinates, peers, and managers alike. Lead teams to deliver transformational change for clients. (10%)
