- Nuestra visión es desarrollar una cultura diversa e inclusiva que permita a cada persona desplegar al máximo su potencial, disfrutando del proceso, siendo quien realmente es.- Por eso, ser parte de Unilever es trabajar con libertad para transformar ideas en realidades y construir un futuro mejor juntos.- Estamos buscando un/a Quality Innovation Coordina que será responsable de definir los requisitos de calidad relevantes para el modelo, co-crear el proceso y las formas de trabajo, proporcionar apoyo técnico; así como influir en que se estén siguiendo los marcos y herramientas de calidad e innovación de Unilever aplicables como la evaluación y mitigación de riesgos, la incorporación de los comentarios de los consumidores y los aprendizajes de proyectos anteriores, los planes de monitoreo de lanzamiento, las evaluaciones posteriores al lanzamiento, la evaluación higiénica y el análisis estadístico.- Estos son los desafíos que te esperan:
- Proporcionar información sobre aspectos de calidad en foros de negocio.
- Definir e implementar requisitos de calidad de extremo a extremo para nuevos modelos de negocio y nuevos canales. Ser responsable de la gestión de calidad de proyectos y productos de innovaciones, renovaciones y ahorros de América Latina para unidades de abastecimiento de Unilever y socios externos (como fabricantes colaborativos, licenciatarios, clientes, reempaquetadores y otros)
- Apoyar el despliegue de nuevas marcas o categorías en América Latina al asociarse con la marca, R&D y la cadena de suministro, incorporando requisitos de calidad para garantizar la seguridad del consumidor y su satisfacción.
- Coordinar junto con las capacidades de calidad los elementos clave de calidad que se integrarán en los nuevos modelos de negocio
- Proporcionar entrenamiento y mejora de habilidades de calidad general a otros equipos involucrados en el proceso de innovación [por ejemplo, Marketing, Investigación y Desarrollo, Planificación, Operaciones de Fabricación Colaborativa, etc.].
- Asesorar y apoyar a los líderes de proyectos en la gestión de riesgos para proyectos de innovación y ahorro; incluida la identificación de riesgos, el plan de mitigación / contingencia, la recomendación, los seguimientos y la comunicación a las partes interesadas
- Proporcionar apoyo en la mejora continua para el marco de innovación y las herramientas sobre fusiones y adquisiciones y diferentes modelos de negocio
- Facilitar el análisis de datos de calidad relacionados con proyectos e innovaciones [evaluación e.g.post del lanzamiento, comentarios de los consumidores, inspecciones de productos]. Monitoreo, análisis y reporte ad hoc de otros datos para identificar posibles problemas/tendencias.
- Tus principales aliados serán: R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Calidad local y regional.- ¿Qué necesitamos de vos para ser parte de esta experiência?- Graduados o próximos a graduarse de carreras de ingeniería, administración de empresas, licenciatura en alimentos, química o afines.
- Experiência previa en posiciones de supply chain o R&D, preferentemente involucradas en el proceso de desarrollo de nuevos productos o innovación.
- Flexibilidad y disposición para soportar varias categorías y/o capacidades si es necesario.
- Procesos de resolución de problemas y mejora continua
- Gestión de proyectos
- HACCP, GMP, ISO, Higiene, gestión de alérgenos.
