**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**:

We’re looking for a Global Assistant Brand Manager to support Global brand manager in development and execution of projects covering both innovation and engagement areas.
Powered by data and insights, this position offers a great opportunity to craft and deliver best in class mixes & communications that drive brand growth and ensures excellent consumer experience across the full funnel.
**JOB SUMMARY**:
- Support Global Brand Development Manager in mix development and design process, to deliver OTIF on global innovation networks
- Lead dedicated regional networks with cross functional deploy teams across the world
- Work with creative agencies to develop and deliver creative assets (Digital, ATL, print, POSM). Demonstrate high level of attention to detail, and an eye for beauty as well as ability to meet project timings
- Engage with markets to align on project´s deployment plans and track mixes performance in the region.
- Demonstrate passion for consumers and strive to bring the voice of consumer in everything we do.
- Demonstrate passion for trends and pro-actively track competitive activity in key markets (LATAM, US, CHINA, JAPAN) to identify gaps and propose opportunities for incremental growth
- Support in brand Communications Strategy & Planning for 5 years roadmap.
- Content asset development & production with high level of attention to detail, and an eye for beauty and purpose mindset.
- While OTIF deliver of BET´s and assets for the region in each campaign.
- Digital strategy plus analytics. Influencer Strategy and Management.
- PR & Editorial Partnership Strategy and Management
- Social Media Strategy, planning and always-on execution
- Website, search and ECOM content/asset development, production, and dissemination.
- Agency/Partner´s management, including scopes-of-work and remuneration.
- Lead preparation for stakeholder meetings
- Responsible for planning and managing the brand's budget.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
- 2-3 years of branding/marketing experience, preferably with beauty / PC background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, sensitivity to cultural differences with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Highly responsible, organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple overlapping priorities to meet key deadlines, whilst ensuring high quality outputs.
- Natural curiosity and desire to lead dedicated workstreams and own the results
- Excellent project management skills
- English is a must and knowledge of Portuguese is a plus, but not necessary
