**Position Overview**:
As the HR Manager at Z PLUMBERZ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational structure, fostering a culture of growth and development, and ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures, designing and executing a comprehensive career plan and training program, and leading recruitment efforts to support our company's growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Structuring HR Operations**: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the unique needs of a startup environment. Establish best practices for employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Career Planning and Development**: Create and oversee the implementation of a career development framework that supports employee growth and retention. Collaborate with department heads to identify career paths, skill gaps, and training needs. Provide guidance and resources to employees to facilitate their professional development.
- **Training Program Management**: Design and manage a comprehensive training program that addresses both technical skills and soft skills development. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee competencies and productivity. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
- **Employee Engagement and Retention**: Implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Develop retention strategies to minimize turnover and maximize employee loyalty.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments to support their HR-related needs and align HR initiatives with overall business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Experience designing and implementing career development programs and training initiatives.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Home Office Requirements**
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 megabits per second
- Computer/notebook with a memory of at least 4GB, capable of being connected to the internet via cable (Wi-Fi causes interference in speed, which disrupts work) for conducting video conferences and working with Google G Suite, MS Office, and other software.
- Have a backup laptop and/or internet connection in case the primary device/connection have issues
- Quiet, noise-free space reserved for conducting appointments.

Pay: $370,000.00 - $600,000.00 per month
