¿Qué desafíos te esperan?
- Administrar la relación con los Partners (Socios de Negocio) según el CONTEXTO único de cada uno de ellos
- Ser un “Trusted Advisor” global del negocio (Ventas, RH, Finanzas, Marketing, etc)
- Poseer gran capacidad para coordinar y disponibilizar recursos y equipos, tanto de Siemens (Pre-ventas, Soporte, Marketing, Portfolio, etc) como del Partner
- Desarrollar y Gestionar un Plan de Negocios conjunto con el Partner (Plan de Ventas, Plan de Marketing, Plan de Certificación), y sus respectivos QBRs.
- Gestión y Revisión semanal de Forecast
- Desarrollar un Plan de Marketing y Demand Gen. para 3X Pipeline, con FOCO en iniciativas de Marketing simples para que los socios logren objetivos comerciales específicos
- Desarrollar un Plan de Enablement Comercial y Técnico, con foco en la especialización de una porción del Portfolio y posterior certificación
- Desarrollar cuentas Estratégicas y co-selling con los Partners
- Poseer capacidad para desarrollar negocios en territorios/industrias Greenfield
- Capacidad para segmentar el perfil y priorizar la gestión de cada uno de los Partners
- Capacidad para administrar conflictos
- Fomentar la sinergia entre los diferentes Partners de la Región
- Realizar Coaching de ventas a Ejecutivos de Ventas de los Partners
- Trabajar en equipos compuestos por personas de muy variados perfiles

¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Preferentemente Ingeniero Industrial/ Comercial / Mecánico con conocimiento de la industria manufacturera en general y fuerte perfil Comercial
- Perfil proactivo con experiência de interacción con clientes (C-level)
- Entre 5 y 8 años de experiência laboral relevante en ventas y Gestión de Canales en la industria de Software (preferentemente PLM / ERP)
- Experiência administrando cuentas de socios y trabajando exitosamente con equipos internos para desarrollar nuevas capacidades
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
- Dominio del idioma español y el inglés avanzado
- Historial comprobado de logros dentro de un ecosistema de Partners
- Gran capacidad de Gestión y Pensamiento Estratégico
- Región es definida por los países Argentina, Chile, Uruguay y Paraguay. Experiências relevantes en Argentina y Chile es un diferencial.
- Deseable conocimiento de los aspectos económicos de los 4 países
