**Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER**

**Reports to: EVP/Creative Director**

**Job Summary**

Creative Project Managers are the focal point of our creative teams. They need to be well-organized and flexible, have the ability to work with all levels of management (client and internal), vendors, and possess strong project management ability.

The Creative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally and managing expectations so the internal teams can communicate accurately with the client.

They need to gather information and understand the overall direction of the campaign and creative request.

Proactively work to move the Creative team members toward completion of project deliverables and supports the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules, forecasting hours for projects, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time, that all stakeholders have reviewed and approved in a timely manner, and enforce process during projects.

They should help create efficiency by forecasting, monitoring, identifying opportunities to move projects to lower cost resources.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support or act as the primary link between all agency teams.
- Be accountable for communicating internal plans and process
- Run internal client meetings as needed; be responsible for daily communication with key internal contacts using a project mgmt. tool. (Click-up_. We will train.
- Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables.
- Assist in managing the campaign process and updating of all materials
- Assist in developing presentations
- Maintain campaign matrixes and schedules as needed
- Improve existing processes
- Ensure on-time, accurate campaign execution
- Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Produce timely and accurate project reports for internal reference
- Attention to detail and proactive in evaluating recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal tools and processes
- Flexible in supporting the creative team on a wide variety of administrative duties
- Coordinating, scheduling of meetings. Following up.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using digital workflows/project management software a plus
- 2-4 years working in an agency or client side marketing
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Pages
- Strong listening and superior relationship building skills.
- High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills.
- Bilingual Spanish and English written and spoken.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $800.00 - $950.00 per month
